Corporate merch in Georgia is produced in Tbilisi — decoration in Saburtalo, Nadzaladevi and Gldani, dispatch across the country and abroad under DCFTA. Do you store finished inventory?
Yes. We offer short-term storage at our Tbilisi warehouse for up to 90 days at no cost for orders above 500 units. Beyond 90 days we charge a storage fee per pallet per week. The inventory is tagged with the buyer’s SKU and release instructions; we ship on call against the buyer’s release order.
What about long-term warehousing?
For long-term warehousing we partner with a Tbilisi-based 3PL (warehousing and fulfilment) provider who operates a bonded warehouse at the airport and a standard warehouse in the Saburtalo district. The 3PL handles storage, pick-pack, and dispatch; we coordinate the decoration and the inbound to the 3PL. The cost is quoted per pallet per week.
Can we do just-in-time delivery across multiple events?
Yes. We pre-produce the full run, hold it in our warehouse, and dispatch per event against the buyer’s release order. The release order typically specifies the event name, the delivery address, the dispatch date, and the recipient. We confirm each release within one Tbilisi business day and dispatch on the agreed date.
What is the cost of storage?
Short-term (up to 90 days) is included for orders above 500 units. Beyond 90 days, storage is quoted per pallet per week and depends on the pallet size and the storage duration. The 3PL partner offers separate quotes for long-term and bonded storage. All costs are quoted in GEL, with VAT 18% added for Georgian-resident buyers.
How do we manage inventory across multiple SKUs?
Each SKU is tagged with the buyer’s reference and stored separately. We issue a monthly inventory report with the SKU, the on-hand quantity, the inbound quantity, the outbound quantity, and the storage cost. The buyer can request the inventory report at any time through the buyer’s account manager.
What happens to inventory if the buyer cancels?
If the order is cancelled before production starts, we refund the deposit minus the artwork fee and any setup costs already incurred. If the order is cancelled after production starts, we assess the work done and quote a cancellation fee; the finished inventory can be stored at the buyer’s cost or shipped to the buyer at the buyer’s cost.
Additional context
In Georgia the standard decoration method depends on run size and audience. For textile orders above 100 units we recommend silkscreen (cotton, polo) or embroidery (premium). For short runs and complex artwork we recommend DTF or DTG. For hard goods we recommend laser engraving, UV print, pad printing, and debossing.
For cross-border orders we prepare the EUR.1 movement certificate under DCFTA, the CMR consignment note for road freight, and the RS.ge e-invoice for Georgian-resident buyers. Banking partners are Bank of Georgia and TBC Bank; for export we use the BOG correspondent network (Commerzbank, Citi, Raiffeisen).
