Event Delivery
We deliver orders 1–2 days before the event, so you're not unpacking in a rush. Specify the event date when ordering.
Deferred Delivery
We store completed orders in our warehouse and deliver in installments. Useful for onboarding merch when you need to distribute 10–20 kits monthly.

What hours do you deliver?
Standard delivery — business hours (09:00–18:00). For orders from 100,000 GEL — free delivery at a convenient time, including evening hours and Saturday.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After shipment, you receive a tracking number and link. For large orders — personal manager provides real-time status updates.
What if items are damaged during delivery?
We insure fragile items. If you discover defects upon receipt — we create an act and remake the order free of charge. Claims period — 3 days from receipt.
Do you deliver to hotels and conference venues?
Yes. For events, we deliver directly to the venue. Specify the venue address and name when placing your order.
What packaging is used?
Standard — cardboard boxes, polyethylene bags. For fragile items (mugs, bottles) — bubble wrap and reinforced containers. On request — branded packaging.
Can I pick up the order myself?
Yes, self-pickup from Tbilisi (Central district, Davit Bek). Specify when ordering — we'll coordinate timing. For regions — via courier services.
