A conference badge is the single most-worn object at an event. It identifies delegates, controls access, supports networking and survives in pockets for years. We print the badges in our Saburtalo print room and finish them in our Nadzaladevi assembly room. Substrates and formats
Badge substrate is 0.8 mm anodised aluminium (most common), 1.5 mm PVC (budget-conscious), or 1.0 mm brushed stainless (security wear). Decoration is full-colour CMYK print with a doming option, or laser engraving for security. Back is a pin, magnetic, crocodile clip or comb clip. Lanyard is woven, sublimated or plain polyester on request.
Artwork and proofing
We accept press-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi, 3 mm bleed) and our Tbilisi design team produces missing artwork in 1–3 business days. We deliver a printed and domed proof on the actual substrate for sign-off. Variable data (name, company, role) is added at print time.
Run sizes, lead time and pricing envelope
Standard MOQ is 100 units per design; volume pricing applies above 500. Production takes 7–12 business days after artwork sign-off. Quotes are in GEL for Georgian-resident buyers (VAT 18% via RS.ge) and in EUR/USD for export. Inside Tbilisi delivery is express or next-day; regional Georgia 1–5 days.

Yes — woven, sublimated or plain polyester lanyards are available. We also supply badge holders and clips.
