Blanket substrate is 280 gsm polar fleece (most common), 320 gsm sherpa fleece (premium), or 200 gsm flannel (budget-conscious). Decoration is embroidery (most common), woven label, or leather patch. Size is 130 × 170 cm (single) or 150 × 200 cm (double). We do not print names on the blanket — the brand mark sits on the corner.
Artwork and proofing
We accept vector or high-resolution raster artwork; our Tbilisi digitising team converts the file to a stitch programme in 1–3 business days. We deliver a stitched proof on the actual blanket for sign-off.
Run sizes, lead time and pricing envelope
Standard MOQ is 30 units per design; volume pricing applies above 200. Production takes 10–15 business days after artwork sign-off. Quotes are in GEL for Georgian-resident buyers (VAT 18% via RS.ge) and in EUR/USD for export. Inside Tbilisi delivery is express or next-day; regional Georgia 1–5 days.
