Candles for Employee Birthdays in Georgia
Branded employee-birthday candles made in Tbilisi for monthly recognition drops and personal milestone gifts.
Where a candle fits in an employee birthday programme
An employee birthday candle is a personal milestone gift that sits on the recipient's desk and carries the brand mark for the lifetime of the candle. We pour the candles in our Saburtalo workshop and finish them in our Nadzaladevi assembly room. Most of our banking, telecom and corporate clients in Tbilisi order this combination for monthly recognition drops and personal milestone gifts.
Substrates and formats
Candle substrate is a 150 ml clear glass jar (most common), or a 100 ml tin for travel. Wax is soy or coconut; wick is cotton. Scent is bespoke on request — typically a personal profile (rose, lavender, citrus). Decoration is a printed paper label or a foil-stamped glass.
Artwork and proofing
We accept press-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi, 3 mm bleed) and our Tbilisi design team produces missing artwork in 1–3 business days. We deliver a printed and filled proof for sign-off.
Run sizes, lead time and pricing envelope
Standard MOQ is 30 units per design; volume pricing applies above 200. Production takes 14–21 business days after artwork sign-off. Quotes are in GEL for Georgian-resident buyers (VAT 18% via RS.ge) and in EUR/USD for export. Inside Tbilisi delivery is express or next-day; regional Georgia 1–5 days.
Where this format fits in a real programme
Employee birthday candles work well for BGEO, TBC Bank and Liberty Bank monthly recognition, Magti and Silknet staff retention, Adjara Group HR programmes, RMG and Georgian Railway HR initiatives, and corporate HR recognition across Tbilisi.
