Desk Sets for Award Ceremonies in Georgia
Branded award-ceremony desk sets made in Tbilisi for recognition nights, long-service awards and partner acknowledgements.
Where a desk set fits in an award ceremony
An award-ceremony desk set is the take-home object that pairs the trophy with a usable branded office kit. We assemble the sets in our Saburtalo workshop and dispatch across Tbilisi express or next-day. Most of our banking, hospitality and corporate clients in Tbilisi order this combination for recognition nights, long-service awards and partner acknowledgements.
Substrates and formats
Desk set pieces are typically beech or walnut wood (pen tray, business-card holder, notepad), PU or bonded leather (desk mat), and brushed stainless or anodised aluminium (pen cup, paperweight). Decoration is laser engraving (most common) or foil-stamp. Each piece ships individually in a kraft presentation box.
Artwork and proofing
We accept vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF with curves outlined) and our Tbilisi design team produces missing artwork in 1–3 business days. We deliver an engraved proof on the actual substrate for sign-off.
Run sizes, lead time and pricing envelope
Standard MOQ is 30 sets per design; volume pricing applies above 100. Production takes 10–18 business days after artwork sign-off. Quotes are in GEL for Georgian-resident buyers (VAT 18% via RS.ge) and in EUR/USD for export.
Where this format fits in a real programme
Award-ceremony desk sets work well for BGEO, TBC Bank and Liberty Bank recognition nights, Magti and Silknet long-service awards, Adjara Group anniversary events, RMG and Georgian Railway recognition, Biltmore Tbilisi and Sheraton Metechi Palace VIP nights, and corporate recognition across Tbilisi.
