Desk Sets for Promotion Gifts in Georgia
Branded promotion desk sets made in Tbilisi for career-milestone recognition and senior leadership transitions.
Where a desk set fits in a promotion
A promotion desk set is the kind of personal milestone office object that bundles the brand mark across multiple usable items in a kraft presentation box. We assemble the sets in our Saburtalo workshop and dispatch across Tbilisi express or next-day. Most of our banking, telecom and corporate clients in Tbilisi order this combination for career-milestone recognition and senior leadership transitions.
Substrates and formats
Desk set pieces are typically beech or walnut wood (pen tray, business-card holder, notepad), PU or bonded leather (desk mat), and brushed stainless or anodised aluminium (pen cup, paperweight). Decoration is laser engraving (most common) or foil-stamp. For promotion we add a leather patch with the new title.
Artwork and proofing
We accept vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF with curves outlined) and our Tbilisi design team produces missing artwork in 1–3 business days. We deliver an engraved proof on the actual substrate for sign-off.
Run sizes, lead time and pricing envelope
Standard MOQ is 30 sets per design; volume pricing applies above 100. Production takes 10–18 business days after artwork sign-off. Quotes are in GEL for Georgian-resident buyers (VAT 18% via RS.ge) and in EUR/USD for export.
Where this format fits in a real programme
Promotion desk sets work well for BGEO, TBC Bank and Liberty Bank career milestones, Magti and Silknet senior transitions, Adjara Group leadership changes, RMG and Georgian Railway role transitions, Evex Hospitals clinical leadership, Tbilisi State University and Georgian American University faculty promotions, and Tbilisi-based tech and creative-sector promotions.
