Desk Sets for Strategic Sessions in Georgia
Branded strategic-session desk sets made in Tbilisi for leadership offsites, board meetings and planning retreats.
Where a desk set fits in a strategic session
A strategic-session desk set is the kind of leadership-offsite office object that bundles the brand mark across multiple usable items in a kraft presentation box. We assemble the sets in our Saburtalo workshop and dispatch across Tbilisi express or next-day. Most of our banking, telecom and corporate clients in Tbilisi order this combination for leadership offsites, board meetings and planning retreats.
Substrates and formats
Desk set pieces are typically beech or walnut wood (pen tray, business-card holder, notepad), PU or bonded leather (desk mat), and brushed stainless or anodised aluminium (pen cup, paperweight). Decoration is laser engraving (most common) or foil-stamp.
Artwork and proofing
We accept vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF with curves outlined) and our Tbilisi design team produces missing artwork in 1–3 business days. We deliver an engraved proof on the actual substrate for sign-off.
Run sizes, lead time and pricing envelope
Standard MOQ is 30 sets per design; volume pricing applies above 100. Production takes 10–18 business days after artwork sign-off. Quotes are in GEL for Georgian-resident buyers (VAT 18% via RS.ge) and in EUR/USD for export.
Where this format fits in a real programme
Strategic-session desk sets work well for BGEO, TBC Bank and Liberty Bank leadership offsites, Magti and Silknet executive planning, Adjara Group board meetings, RMG and Georgian Railway strategy retreats, Biltmore Tbilisi and Sheraton Metechi Palace executive retreats, and corporate planning offsites across Georgia.
