Substrates and formats
Folder substrate is 350 gsm kraft board (most common, recycled, ESG option), 300 gsm coated card with matt or gloss lamination, or 350 gsm uncoated card. Decoration is digital print (most common for one-off sessions), silk screen, or deboss. Folder accepts a horizontal pocket and a business-card slit as standard inclusions.
Artwork and proofing
We accept press-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi, 3 mm bleed) and our Tbilisi design team produces missing artwork in 1–3 business days. We deliver a printed proof on the actual substrate for sign-off.
Run sizes, lead time and pricing envelope
Standard MOQ is 50 units per design; volume pricing applies above 500. Production takes 5–9 business days after artwork sign-off. Quotes are in GEL for Georgian-resident buyers (VAT 18% via RS.ge) and in EUR/USD for export. Inside Tbilisi delivery is express or next-day; regional Georgia 1–5 days.
