Lanyards for Onboarding in Georgia

Branded onboarding lanyards made in Tbilisi for new-hire welcome packs and graduate intake programmes.

Where a lanyard fits in an onboarding programme

An onboarding lanyard is the kind of identification accessory that gives a new hire a visible identity from day one. We run the dye-sublimation press in our Saburtalo print room and finish the lanyards in our Nadzaladevi assembly room. Most of our banking, telecom and corporate clients in Tbilisi order this combination for new-hire welcome packs and graduate intake programmes.

Substrates and formats

Lanyard substrate is polyester (most common, accepts dye-sublimation), woven polyester (premium, holds fine text), or recycled PET (ESG option). Width is 20 mm (most common) or 25 mm. Hardware is a metal lobster clip, plastic J-clip or breakaway safety clip on request. Badge holder is PVC on request.

Artwork and proofing

We accept press-ready PNG (transparent background, 300 dpi at the final print size) for dye-sublimation, or vector artwork for woven. Our Tbilisi design team produces missing artwork in 1–3 business days.

Run sizes, lead time and pricing envelope

Standard MOQ is 200 units per design; volume pricing applies above 1000. Production takes 7–12 business days after artwork sign-off. Quotes are in GEL for Georgian-resident buyers (VAT 18% via RS.ge) and in EUR/USD for export. Inside Tbilisi delivery is express or next-day; regional Georgia 1–5 days.

Where this format fits in a real programme

Onboarding lanyards work well for BGEO, TBC Bank and Liberty Bank new-hire cohorts, Magti and Silknet graduate intake, Adjara Group B2B partner induction, RMG and Georgian Railway intake, Evex Hospitals clinical onboarding, Tbilisi State University and Georgian American University graduate welcome, and Tbilisi-based tech and creative-sector onboarding.
