Fifty merch kits, one for each business occasion

Occasion, audience, contents and volumes for fifty common corporate merch programmes.

Fifty kits, one per business occasion. Each page describes the moment that triggers the kit, who it is for, what usually goes in it and what the programme tends to achieve. The compositions have been validated across more than 60 B2B programmes since 2021, across our six-country sourcing matrix in Armenia, Cyprus, Georgia, Serbia, Turkey and the UAE.

How the kits are grouped

Joining and leaving cover new hires, interns, people returning from leave and offboarding. Customer and client programmes cover thank-yous, renewals, anniversaries and key accounts. Events cover conferences, award ceremonies, offsites, town halls and seasonal parties. Recognition covers birthdays and one, five and ten year anniversaries. Sales and pipeline work covers prospect welcome boxes, closed-won celebrations, referral rewards and analyst days. Campaigns cover product launches, rebrands, PR and press kits, and wellness and mental health programmes.

How each kit is specified

Three levers decide whether a kit works. It has to be useful in the moment it arrives, it has to land within 48 hours of the trigger event, and it has to carry the recipient's own name, role and language. Programmes that hit all three report two to four times the impact of a generic logo drop.

Volumes and personalisation

Welcome kits typically run 50 to 500 units, and a people team onboarding 5 to 500 people a quarter usually repeats the kit rather than ordering it once. The personalisation fields we use most are the recipient's first and last name on the hero item, their role or title on the welcome card, the joining date or anniversary date, and their preferred language for a localised card.

Measured impact

New-hire welcome kits drop 30-day attrition by 14 to 18 per cent and lift the NPS of new joiners by 22 points. Trade-show giveaways in the mid-cost band are built to maximise booth traffic and qualify leads rather than to hand out freebies. Any kit can be specified at a higher sustainability tier, such as organic cotton in place of conventional or rPET in place of virgin polyester, usually for an 8 to 22 per cent premium over the base kit.
